WOMEN ISSUES
:: Women's Day, March 8th, 2006 (celebration) ::
The project brings together women beer promoters and women union leaders in various sectors to discuss strategies for the campaign to end violence against women workers at works at home and in the community, and to mobilize supports for measures to be taken to stop violence against women workers.
The women from garment, tourism sectors, young girls working as beer promoters and karaoke singers took the opportunity to exchange information and experience during the celebrate on March 8, 2006.
Beer promoter women share their lives experiences with H.E. Mu Sochua, PDI Chairwoman.
Ms. Chi Socheat, CARE Cambodia representative shared the research of CARE to participants.
